This key role will assist across the organisation with key operational support to the consultants and management of the business. This role acts as a key collaborator across the entire Harvest team with a strong focus on attention to detail and enhancing the client experience end to end. This role provides for variety in scope of work undertaken.

Your day to day in this role

  • Source candidates utilizing a multi channeled approach, this includes cold/warm calls to prospective clients
  • Undertake business development research with the General Manager and working closely with Executive Officer and Director of the business
  • Take a lead in managing CRM and Sales Pipeline across the Harvest business
  • Create and maintain talent pools across disciplines
  • Building and maintaining candidate relations
  • Undertake resume screening, and ad response processing
  • General administration support including managing incoming calls via the switchboard and general data processing, entry and office support
